Meet The Team
Lilia Gomez
President/CEO
Lilia, with over three decades of experience in the property management industry, embodies a deep commitment to providing high-quality solutions. Her journey as an immigrant and her diverse career path are a testament to her unwavering determination and work ethic. In March 1991, at 16, Lilia seized the chance to join her eldest brother, Saul, in the USA. He not only became her mentor and guardian but also instilled in her the values of business ethics and unwavering honesty. Saul, her guiding force, played a pivotal role in shaping her principles. Lilia gained valuable customer service experience during her first job in high school at a video store. She later worked at a busy hamburger restaurant in Northern California, where she took on responsibilities including daily cleaning, demonstrating dedication and pride in her work. In 1994, Lilia entered Property Management as a Community Manager in North Hollywood. She gained extensive experience managing affordable housing communities. By 1998, she was promoted to Property Supervisor, overseeing multiple properties in the Bay Area. Lilia later advanced to become Vice-President of Property Management for a major non-profit organization in Oakland, CA. After 29 years in property management, Lilia's extensive experience in budgeting capital projects and handling vendor proposals led her to recognize a shortage of construction vendors. This insight inspired her to co-found a construction company with her husband, David Gomez. Lilia is extremely proud of the step she took to change careers after 29 years in the Property Management Industry and proudly takes the challenge of being an Immigrant Woman Operating a construction company in the USA. She draws inspiration from the Phoenix, symbolizing the ability to obtain new life by rising from the Ashes in this exciting new chapter of their journey.
